Axyon AI secures more funding

Axyon AIItalian fintech Axyon AI has completed a $1.6 million funding round which has seen two of its original investors increase their commitment.

Founded in 2016, Axyon AI’s first external investment came from Dutch bank ING when it won the Dutch bank’s international accelerator programme.

Axyon AI then secured €1.5 million in its first funding round led by ING and UniCredit.

The two banks have participated in this latest fundraising effort along with a number of venture capital firms led by CDO Venture Capital.

According to Axyon AI, the capital will be used to support the firm’s research and development and its international expansion.
